Job Description

About the role:

Provide Purchase-to-Pay support for the business, vendors and other stakeholders in order to pay BC vendors on time with highest quality, as per the KPIs settled.

Key responsibilities:

  • vendor documents processing
  • handling vendor and business queries (internal and external)
  • monitoring open vendor balances (including debit balances) and related activities
  • monitoring blocked invoices
  • resolving the issues in order to release outgoing payments
  • GR/IR activities
  • delivering productivity and quality results as per the KPIs and targets settled
  • constant improvement of the process
  • perform monthly and yearly close activities
  • Complete end-to-end P2P process knowledge
  • Participation in improvement projects
  • Possibility to work for different markets across EMEA region
  • Learning and improving SAP skills

About you:

  • University Degree preferable in Finance/Accounting or similar educational background
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Microsoft Office and Google-based applications knowledge
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn
  • Strong teamwork
  • Self-organized and able to work independently
  • Focused on results and pro-active approach
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Flexibility, ability to deal with changing environment
  • Purchase to Pay/ Accounts Payable process knowledge
  • Understand book-keeping and basic tax principles (VAT)
  • Around 1 year of professional background in a similar position will be an asset
  • Official Finance and Accounting certification will be an asset
  • Knowledge of SAP | VBA, RPA and PowerBI will be a strong asset
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools - advanced Excel will be an asset
