Job Description

Salary: 750 - 1050 EUR/month gross (before tax) for 0,5 FTE based on your competencies, skills, and experience.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid)

Schedule: 0.5 FTE (20 hours/week)

We are looking for a specialist who could start working from September.

What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for handling employee expenses in cloud-based expense management system (Acubiz), work with a dedicated team and support the business in achieving strategic company objectives. It is an exciting role to be part of a huge international group of companies with many internal and external stakeholders with great responsibility and opportunities to grow.

How you'll spend your day

  • Will be responsible for reviewing and approving expenses in cloud-based expense management system (Acubiz).
  • Making sure that all expenses comply with group policies.
  • Assigning correct account and other information for expenses in the expense management system.
  • Communicating with finance team, group employees.
  • Assisting with internal queries and external audits.
  • Ad-hoc tasks.

You'll be successful if you have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Mathematics/Business administration/Finance or similar (can be a student).
  • Good communication skills - fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and its principles.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details, ability to identify discrepancies.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Independent thinking.
