The company functions across A&R, Artist Liaison, Arabic Marketing, International Marketing, Communications, Digital Business, Business Affairs and New Business/ Licensing. We are looking for a Junior Accountant & Office Administrator to support the Finance team across all areas of the company’s day-to-day finance and office operations. This is a new role, but one that would suit a proactive, positive, helpful and highly organized individual, comfortable problem solving and reacting to the everyday financial, administrative and functional activities around the office.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Finance Accountant & Office Administrator to support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure smooth office administration. The ideal candidate will assist in financial reporting, compliance, and vendor management while managing administrative coordination across departments.

This role requires strong organizational skills, numerical accuracy, and familiarity with UAE regulatory processes.

What you'll do:

• Finance requirements – Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, bookkeeping, and invoicing to comply with regulatory requirements and maintain transparency in financial operations. Purchase Order, Vendor/Customer creation, invoice submission. Support in forecasting, annual budgeting process, VAT, audit and tax filings
• Maintain office operations efficiently including – visa applications, employee visa renewals, parking cards, medical insurance renewals with PX support, kitchen/office supplies, IT/cleaning suppliers, trade license renewals, establishment card renewals, RTA card applications, deliveries, PO Box checking, Tecom permit application, insurance renewals, F&B for meetings and guests (coffee, tea etc), Coordinate courier, mail handling, and internal communications, support in employee onboarding
• Provide support to MD, travel and expenses, VIP handling for artists and partners visiting Dubai, gifting / relationship touches.

Who you are:

• Previous Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Finance/accounting, a team player/highly organized member of fast paced modern, creative office environment with experience working with SAP or other ERP systems
• Education: Qualified accountant, good character, team spirit and an obsession with detail
• Skills: Highly organized, competent in Microsoft Office, SAP (or other ERP), able to navigate Government systems, maintain schedules, helpful to others, kind and considerate
