We are a leading French international construction and infrastructure group delivering major projects across Europe and worldwide.

As part of the development of our operations in Estonia, we are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the financial management of our local branches and support a strategic infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable;
• Support the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and ledgers;
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data;
• Assist in monitoring budgets and tracking expenditures;
• Help prepare documentation for internal and external audits.

The ideal profile

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• Great interest in developing a career in accounting and payroll;
• Understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations;
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel);
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus;
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
• Strong organizational skills and a desire to learn;
• Ability to work well within a team and take initiative.
  

Preferred:

• Previous experience up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
