As a Junior Accountant and Admin Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth administrative processes that keep the business running efficiently. What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will do:

  • eInvoices generation.
  • Invoices creation in D365 and Eye-share invoices processing.
  • Payments processing for vendors, staff claims and petty cash.
  • Hardcopy documents filing.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain office facilities.
  • Liaise with building management on facilities and services matters.
  • Provide support to coordinate office activities.
  • Handling reception and housekeeping services.

What you’ll bring

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in accounting or administrative support (fresh graduates with strong academic background and internship experience are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written (and other languages if needed or ideal).
