MEININGER Hotels is looking for an Junior Accountant (f/m/d) - Accounts Payable who will be managing the purchase ledger, resolving all queriesin a timely mannerand ensure that all payments are made to terms.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts payable - Kreditorenbuchhaltung
• Invoice verification, account assignment and posting of vendor invoices, account reconciliation and
supplier communication
• Monthly postings for Inventory, Petty cash, Salary, Recurring bookings
• General ledger and subledger reconciliation (management of open items)
• Master data creation and maintenance of vendor
• Processing of incoming mail
• Document Management Administration

Cash Management
• Preparation of the weekly payment proposal lists
• Processing of domestic and foreign payment transactions
• Payment and Monitoring of Trade payables

Miscellaneous
• Supports month-end processes to ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
• Participation in the optimization of internal processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Educational degree or relevant qualifications inAccounting

• Minimum 2years experiencein a similar role

• Good user skills in ERP Software (ideally Dynamics AX or Navision) with ahigh levelcommand of MS-Office (especially MS Excel)

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines

• Businessproficiencyin English and German
