Junior Accountant

You will gain hands-on experience in various accounting processes, work closely with experienced colleagues, and develop your expertise in an international business environment.

Responsibilities

Processes and submits incoming and outgoing invoices, as well as travel expense documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal policies and procedures..
Assists in the accurate posting of invoices to appropriate accounts, cost centers, and project codes, in cooperation with senior team members.
Performs posting of bank statements.
Supports daily general ledger postings and other financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles, with monitoring from senior team members.
Follows and applies internal approval procedures and contributes to proper documentation recording.
Participates in updating financial databases and maintaining a well-organized financial archive.
Supports the implementation of internal financial controls, prepares basic documentation for internal and external purposes, and follows established accounting procedures and workflows.
Contributes to team efforts to improve financial processes and efficiency through continuous learning and application of acquired knowledge.

Skills & Experience

Required Professional Skills

University degree (Level VI–VII).
Understanding basic accounting principles and practices.
Relevant work experience in accounting is considered an advantage
Solid knowledge in MS Office, the SAP is advantage
Fluent spoken and written English

Personal Skills

Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure,
Willingness to learn and develop new skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive approach
