Responsibilities:

Accounting operations

• Processing purchase invoices and expense documents (incl. receipts)

• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry in the accounting system

• Maintaining proper documentation and supporting files

• Supporting VAT (KMD) preparation and reconciliations

• Assisting with monthly closings

Bank reconciliations and period closure

• Performing bank reconciliations

• Investigating and resolving discrepancies

• Matching transactions across different systems

• Identifying inconsistencies and raising issues proactively

• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data

Payroll & TSD support

• Supporting payroll postings in the accounting system

• Assisting with employee-related entries and reconciliations

• Preparing data for TSD reporting

Reporting & Excel

• Preparing internal reports using Excel

• Working with large datasets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)

• Supporting and assist in monthly and quarterly reporting processes

• Working with internal tools (Jira, accounting systems, etc.)

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting (Estonia)

• Good understanding of VAT (KMD)

• Basic knowledge of TSD and payroll processes

• Languges: English (working proficiency), Estonian (for communication with government institutions), Russian

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

• Ability to work with large volumes of data

• High attention to detail and accuracy

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Merit Aktiva or 1C

• Experience in fintech / crypto
