Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with month-end close activities, including preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
• Compile, analyze, and monitor recurring reports, present reporting to management.
• Process customer billing, including generating and issuing invoices.
• Prepare payroll reports and ensure accurate timecard data is imported into the HRIS and verifyingaccuracy.
• Provide backup support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Previous accounting, administrative, or payroll experience strongly preferred
• You are experienced with Microsoft Office, specifically working with Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Self-starter and able to follow through on assignments.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
