This is an exciting opportunity to start your finance career by joining our finance function in a core position as our junior accountant.

This role is full-time and based at our head office in Regency Park, SA.

About You

To be the right candidate, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Accounts experience or a solid understanding of the accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Strong numeracy skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Relevant accounting or finance tertiary qualification (or studying towards)

The Opportunity

The key responsibilities will be:

  • Account receivable data entry and bank reconciliation
  • Management of trade debtors within targets
  • Responding and managing day to day accounts inbox, filing, and responding to queries
  • Supporting the month-end close process
  • Opening new customer trade accounts
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
