We are now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented junior accountant to join our team in Clichy / Paris office. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth financial operations while actively contributing to process improvements.

In This Position, You Will:

• Take care of the financial and business administration of the organization.
• Managing customers invoices and suppliers payments.
• Support in financial reporting and month-end closing tasks.
• Management and follow-up of purchase orders.
• Monitor accounts receivables.
• Work in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned
• Coordination with HR and general administration.
• Actively contribute to the further improvement of working and financial administrative processes in the organization.

For This Position, The Following Requirements Apply:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant experience in accounting/bookkeeping
• Fluency in French and English.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational & time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Sees opportunities and enjoys sharing own ideas, improvements, and solutions.
