Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our Dallas team. This position plays a key role in supporting client relationships, ensuring smooth account operations, and contributing to overall business development initiatives.

Responsibilities
Support senior account managers in maintaining and developing client accounts
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely follow-ups
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and account documentation
Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement
Coordinate internally with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates
Strong written and verbal communication skills
