Responsibilities
Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts
Support senior account representatives with daily account activities
Communicate professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction and clarity
Monitor account performance and help identify improvement opportunities
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
