
Position: Junior Account Manager (US-Based)
Location: United States (Required)
Employment Type: Part-time (with potential to grow into full-time)
Rate: $20–$25/hour
Schedule: 4–5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery
Assist in planning and executing social media and marketing strategies
Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure deadlines and expectations are met
Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reports and insights
Support content scheduling and campaign execution across social platforms
Maintain timely communication and responsiveness with clients
Utilize social media and marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
Qualifications
Must be based in the United States
Experience in Social Media Management (SMM) and/or digital marketing
Strong client-facing, communication, and coordination skills
Experience working with Asian clients is highly preferred
Native or fluent English speaker
Highly organized, patient, and responsive
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
