As a Junior Account Manager, your mission is to proactively communicate with customers and leasing vendor partners regarding leasing product sales process, document collection, and preparation of leasing offers for customers and vendor partners.

This is a Fixed Term position until 2026-12-31, however with a possibility for extension/conversion or making an internal move within our organization!

What You Will Do:

  • Proactively communicating with customers and Leasing vendor partners regarding Leasing product, including Insurance, sales.

  • Contributing in daily duties to sales of Leasing and Insurance products with high quality and efficiency.

  • Executing tasks according to defined process descriptions.

  • Cooperating and assisting other teams and/or within the team in troubleshooting/resolving tasks.

  • Ensuring proper handling of customer related documents and quality.

  • Collecting and entering information and documents related to customers, assets and transactions to our systems, preparing offers, screening information.

  • Following up of customers’ application process, as well as being responsible for concluding the contract with the client.

  • Ensuring data quality and entering data into systems according to existing quality standards, processes, and procedures.

What We Expect:

  • If you are familiar with Leasing products, processes and IT systems - that is an added bonus.

  • Focus on the customer is your priority.

  • You are detail oriented, accurate, and have good prioritization skills.

  • You can easily collaborate and effectively communicate.

  • Professional efficiency with MS Office.

  • Preferably, you should have completed or be currently pursuing a degree in finance, economics, or business management.

  • Fluent Lithuanian and English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level.
