BePark makes mobility easier through parking. A pioneer in smart digital parking and part of Indigo Group, we operate car parks across Belgium and Luxembourg and connect them to our own technology platform.

We support companies looking for parking spaces and EV charging for their employees, and property owners who want to make the most of their vacant spaces. Our offer combines three solutions: parking subscriptions in BePark and Indigo car parks, EV charging (stations and batteries), and IZIX, our digital access and occupancy management platform, deployed in our car parks and at our clients' headquarters.

We are now looking for a talented Junior Account Manager to join our B2B team in Brussels!

About the job

As Junior Account Manager, you will join the B2B Sales team (BeLux). You will report to our Lead KAM and work closely with the Business Developers, Account Executives, EV team, IZIX team, Finance team and Operations team.

Your mission: make sure our B2B clients get the most out of BePark, and grow these accounts over time (upsell/cross-sell).

Your responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of B2B clients across Belgium and Luxembourg
• Act as the main point of contact for your clients when they need support on operational topics
• Onboard new clients on our solutions (parking, IZIX, EV) and be their day-to-day contact
• Build relationships: training, feedback collection, product updates, usage reporting
• Secure renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (more spaces, new sites, IZIX, EV charging)
• Close your own upsell and cross-sell deals
• Share client needs with Product and Operations to improve our offer
• Keep HubSpot up to date and contribute to sales processes and tools

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• A first experience in sales, account management or customer success
• Fluent in Dutch + French (mandatory)
• Strong commercial sense and a real interest in client relationships
• Clear communicator, comfortable presenting to clients
• Strong listening and analytical abilities to quickly understand prospects’ needs.
• Organized, rigorous, and able to manage your time efficiently.
• Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to learn.
• Ambition to grow long term in the company!
