Develop and grow your own portfolio of trading clients within the Italian market
Convert qualified inbound leads into active, trading clients
Build long‑term relationships to retain and support active clients
Achieve quarterly revenue and net deposit targets
Maintain awareness of market trends, key price levels, and major economic events
Provide daily client support via phone, chat, email, and during educational events
Assist in planning and delivering educational webinars, workshops, and other events
Collaborate with the Italian sales team to strengthen XTB’s presence and brand
Sales‑oriented mindset; experience in finance, banking, or FX is preferred :)

Excellent Czech (written and spoken) and good English proficiency
