With increasing inbound demand and a maturing go-to-market motion, we’re now hiring a  Junior Account Executive to support our SMB business and play a key role in converting momentum into revenue.

This is an ideal opportunity for a high-performing  SDR or BDR ready to step into a closing role. You’ll inherit strong inbound flow while continuing to sharpen your outbound craft, a true hybrid setup designed to accelerate your path into a fully-fledged AE position.

You’ll work closely with experienced sales leaders and benefit from daily training, structured KPIs, and hands-on coaching. If you’re ambitiouscompetitive, and ready to fast-track your sales career in a high-performance SaaS environment, this is your moment.

In this role you will

  • Support and grow our SMB customer base by managing a balanced pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities, qualifying and converting them into closed-won customers.
  • Proactively generate additional pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls and multi channel outreach).
  • Operate in a structured, KPI-driven environment with clear expectations and coaching.
  • Run discovery calls, product demos, follow-ups, and negotiations for SMB accounts.
  • Develop strong objection-handling and closing skills with daily feedback and training.
  • Collaborate closely with senior AEs and leadership as you progress toward a full AE position.

What you need to be successful

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally as an SDR or BDR in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong outbound foundation, you’re already comfortable picking up the phone.
  • Motivated to move into a closing role and grow your commercial ownership.
  • Highly coachable and responsive to feedback.
  • Structured, disciplined, and comfortable working toward clear KPIs.
  • Competitive mindset with strong internal drive.
  • Native in German and Fluent in English
