ABOUT THE CAMPAIGNS TEAM

The Campaigns team is a leading Democratic political consulting and direct mail firm with a record of winning tough races. We get brought on by campaigns as direct mail consultants all around the country, serving as both strategists and producing the campaign’s mail from start to finish. Together, we’re a team of strategists, copywriters, branding experts, designers and strategists.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

BerlinRosen is seeking a Junior Account Executive to join their Campaigns and Political Direct Mail team for the 2026 campaign cycle. As a member of our Direct Mail team, the Junior Account Executive will be integral to keeping our team on schedule and providing our clients with timely, high-quality creative services. The ideal candidate is highly organized and has strong attention to detail. We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and someone who is passionate about electing Democrats up and down the ballot.

Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. or Washington, D.C. office, with New York being the preferred location. The Campaigns team is in-office at least 3+ days per week.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

As aJunior Account Executive on ourCampaignsteam, you will…

  • Manage production and drive internal processes for political direct mail
  • Work directly with our campaign clients
  • Edit direct mail
  • Assist with photo shoots
  • Help to maintain budgets

Essential skills:

  • 1+ year of experience in politics, ideally on a campaign or another fast-paced environment
  • High level of organization, meticulous attention to detail and an ability to multitask
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proofreading and writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Solid quantitative skills

WORKING AT ORCHESTRA

Salary: $65,000 annually (prorated)
