We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join Ennismore’s global collective and lead the new vision for Park Royal Hotels & Resorts and Rixos Hotels in Mexico. This is an exciting new position within Ennismore’s growing portfolio of all-inclusive brands and will play a key role in launching two new brands with refreshed brand identities to the market in 2026.
Based in Cancun, the Brand & Marketing Director will lead the planning and roll out of marketing strategies and partnerships across six properties in Mexico – Park Royal in Cancun, Ixtapa and Acapulco and Rixos in Cancun, Cozumel and Puerto Vallarta. The role will also own, maintain and protect the brand positioning, creative identity and brand standards across all consumer platforms and touchpoints. The role will directly manage a PR agency and content team to create all editorial storytelling to bring both brands to life.
Park Royal is a beloved vacation name in Mexico, and this role presents an opportunity to build on that success while evolving the brand to carve out a unique position in a popular all-inclusive market.
Rixos is a successful brand already established across the Middle East and Europe, and this is an important milestone in the brand’s global expansion.
