About the Role:

Fair Foods MN, is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Front of House team members to join the Fair Foods MN crew in Bloomington, MN! If you love the excitement of fair-style food, fast-paced environments, and delivering great guest experiences, this is your chance to be part of something fun. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately at the counter or window
• Handle cash and POS transactions, including making change and processing payments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe front-of-house work environment
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Restock supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, food service, or restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-first attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays a plus
• Must be 16 years of age or older
