The duties and responsibilities of the Judicial Clerk II may include any or all of the following job functions.

·Performs other administrative, docket management, document generation, mail/e-filing, petition processing, scheduling, telephonic, and appellate functions as required.

Successful completion of Level 2 background screening is required for all positions with the Division of Administrative Hearings.
