
Justice Daniel D. McCaffery of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania is currently accepting applications for one two-year law clerk position.
Duties of this two-year clerkship consist principally of legal research and writing and involve beneficial and constructive interaction with Justice McCaffery and his career law clerks.
Judicial Clerk 1 - Supreme Court of Pennsylvania
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of law.
Superior communication, interpersonal, research, analytical, and writing skills.
Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Admission, in good standing, to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania or admission to the Bar within twelve months of hire.
One to five years of prior legal experience (including prior judicial clerkships) preferred but not required.
Additional Qualifications/Preferences
Satisfactory criminal background check required.
