QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution within power generation and energy infrastructure environments
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, maintenance, and operations personnel
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and quality requirements
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing status updates and reports
• Oversee contractors and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• 5 years of experience in the electric power or energy industry
• Proven experience in project management within industrial or energy environments
• Strong knowledge of power generation systems, maintenance, or infrastructure projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, field-based environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Able to travel to various clients in the south area of Puerto Rico
