Location: PIK Avenue, North Jakarta
Work Setup: On-Site (Café Outlet & Brand HQ Coordination)

Were looking for a PR Specialist to elevate the brand presence of Passion Fuschia Café, a premium lifestyle café by Passion Jewelry Group. If you have experience working with luxury hotels, upscale bars, or renowned lifestyle F&B brandsand have strong media or celebrity relationsthis role is the perfect blend of creativity, network, and prestige.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand image and drive awareness for Passion Fuschia Café.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, lifestyle editors, and public figures.

  • Coordinate press releases, media kits, and brand communications to ensure consistent storytelling.

  • Initiate and manage collaborations with celebrities, KOLs, or socialites aligned with the café's brand identity.

  • Plan and host media gatherings, soft openings, and café events to generate buzz and positive exposure.

  • Monitor press coverage and social media mentions, compiling reports on PR performance and media ROI.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align PR campaigns with broader brand objectives.

  • Represent the brand during public-facing events and ensure high standards of service and presentation.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience in Public Relations, ideally with luxury hotels (e.g., Langham, Raffles) or premium lifestyle bars/restaurants (e.g., Ismaya Group).

  • Strong communication and storytelling skillsboth verbal and written.

  • A wide network in the lifestyle, media, and entertainment space is a big plus.

  • Familiar with organizing high-end events, media meetups, and influencer activations.

  • Confident, professional, and polished in public-facing situations.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, image-conscious environment.

  • Willing to work on-site at Passion Fuschia Café PIK Avenue and travel as needed for PR events.
