What you’ll own

We are looking for a Senior Proposition Manager to join our North America Enterprise Product team and help translate portfolio strategy into market growth across the United States and Canada, while supporting the global needs of North American enterprise customers. The purpose of this role is to create a focal point for market proposition, customer needs, roadmap influence, commercialization, and growth.

Market and customer strategy

• Define and maintain a North America proposition strategy that reflects distinct United States and Canadian market requirements and the global needs of North American enterprise customers.
• Act as a senior voice of the market and customer across Enterprise Product, Commercial, Technology, Operations, and Partnerships.
• Lead structured engagement with priority merchants and prospects to identify unmet needs, adoption barriers, and growth opportunities.
• Synthesize market, customer, competitor, partner, scheme, and regulatory insight into clear strategic choices and recommendations.
• Identify where a common North America proposition is sufficient and where market-specific localization or investment is required.

Portfolio alignment and roadmap influence

• Translate market opportunities and customer needs into proposition requirements, business cases, and prioritized investment recommendations.
• Partner with North America portfolio leadership and accountable product owners to influence roadmaps without duplicating feature ownership.
• Connect dependencies across acquiring, gateways, value-added services, alternative payments, acceptance, and partner capabilities.
• Ensure North American enterprise customer needs are considered across global product planning and that global capabilities are effectively adapted for the region.
• Create decision-ready narratives that clarify opportunity, customer value, commercial impact, dependencies, risks, and required ownership.

Commercialization and growth

• Own market-facing proposition readiness for priority capabilities, from value proposition and target segments through sales enablement, launch alignment, adoption, and performance review.
• Work hand in hand with Commercial and Go-to-Market teams to equip client-facing teams with compelling, differentiated narratives and clear qualification guidance.
• Support strategic pursuits and customer conversations as a proposition subject matter leader.
• Identify barriers to adoption and convene the accountable teams needed to resolve proposition, operational, commercial, or enablement gaps.
• Monitor proposition performance, customer usage, pipeline influence, and market feedback to recommend optimization and growth actions.

Ecosystem, partnership, and cross-market leadership

• Build relationships with relevant networks, schemes, technology partners, public sector stakeholders, transit participants, and other ecosystem organizations.
• Identify partnership opportunities that accelerate market entry, strengthen differentiation, or close capability gaps.
• Represent North America Enterprise Product in appropriate customer, partner, and industry forums.
• Connect Canadian and United States priorities to global teams so customer requirements are addressed consistently across regions.
• Lead through influence across a matrixed organization, establishing clear decisions, owners, outcomes, and escalation paths.

What you’ll bring

• Deep experience in payments, financial technology, enterprise commerce, or a comparable regulated technology market.
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of North American payments, including the distinct dynamics of the United States and Canada and the needs of global enterprise merchants.
• Demonstrated ability to convert market and customer insight into strategy, propositions, investment recommendations, and commercial outcomes.
• Executive-level communication and the ability to create clear, decision-ready narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen, including market assessment, business cases, competitive positioning, pricing considerations, adoption, and growth levers.
• Ability to lead through influence across Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Partnerships, Legal, Risk, and regional or global teams.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity, establishing accountability, and moving complex cross-functional priorities from insight to action.
• Customer-facing credibility and the ability to represent Worldpay with senior merchants, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $157,800.00-$238,275.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale. This position is eligible for bonus.
