All Roads, with over 40 locations in 12 states is searching for a Jr. Bilingual Recruiter to join us onsite in Dundalk, MD. We will provide training - you will provide a positive attitude and a desire to learn!Salary & Compensation
  • Salary range $50,000 - 62,000 based on experience
  • Full time hours, Monday - Friday with flexibility to interview as needed

Responsibilities
  1. With training, create effective sourcing pipelines for current and future openings. 
  2. Assist as needed with the pre-employment candidate screenings (background, drug testing, driving records...)
  3. Perform positive and timely customer service functions by answering manager and candidate requests, questions and proactively finding solutions.
  4. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  5. Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
  6. Other duties as needed.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time, benefits eligible position.
