You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

How you will contribute:

You will develop a strong understanding of cross-functional business acumen to meet and exceed service level agreements and obligations and ensure compliance with Mondelēz International policies and legal requirements. As a co-owner of standard operating procedures, you will champion process standardization, conduct internal operational audits, oversee manual processes while exploring automation opportunities, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), measure team performance and deliver insights to leadership. You will foster a culture of accountability and transparency, stakeholder engagement and promote alignment across teams, ultimately enhancing the overall efficiency and performance of operations.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, providing ongoing coaching, process guidance, and performance support
  • Set clear expectations and cultivate a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous development aligned to business outcomes
  • Drive onboarding KPIs and invest in team member growth

Process Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Oversee the maintenance and governance of SOPs, documentation, and TA Controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Monitor trends, assess risks, and collaborate with TA/COE to proactively address issues and implement solutions
  • Lead escalation management and drive continuous improvement through thought leadership and team-wide adoption

Decision-Making & Problem Solving

  • Exercise sound judgment and operate independently to prioritize and resolve complex or ambiguous cases
  • Evaluate downstream impacts when making decisions; escalate with intent and strategy

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Deliver a seamless, high-quality onboarding experience for Hiring Managers, Candidates, and key Stakeholders
  • Act as a secondary TA Liaison to internal partners and TA/COE

What you will bring:

In addition to a desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, you will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • Experience managing, leading, or mentoring a team.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or a Shared Services environment.
  • Exposure to SOP governance, escalation management, or process improvement initiatives
  • Owning an interest to gain a deep understanding of business dynamics, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with diverse internal stakeholders and align initiatives with team objectives.
  • Promoting a culture of teamwork within a shared service environment by mentoring and empowering direct reports with effective leadership and communication skills to achieve shared goals and elevate team performance.
  • Process analysis, design, and mapping, with a strong emphasis on gathering and assessing business requirements to identify gaps to enable the enhancement of process efficiency, streamlining workflows, and improving overall performance while ensuring strict compliance with standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to initiate and drive projects forward, leveraging effective stakeholder engagement and relationship-building to achieve desired results.
