The Junior Proposal Manager is responsible for coordinating all phases of the company's proposal process. This position requires the ability to meet deadlines, a high attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration skills. This person will contribute to proposal strategies and content. The ideal candidate understands proposal management within the government contracting sector, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

In addition to supporting the Proposals and Marketing (P&M) Department, the Junior Proposal Manager will assist our Business Development (BD) and Event teams with larger strategic initiatives. The candidates will also work with Business Development to run B&D reports and additional responsibilities when required. This position will also assist the Communication Department to website content requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional organizational, writing interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multi-task effectively.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.


Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Requirements/Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in Adobe In-Design or Illustrator.
  • Passion for innovation and entrepreneurship.
  • Experience with customer relations and engagement preferred.
