We are seeking a
Junior Project Manager
to support the delivery of AI-driven applications, data platforms, and client-facing technology solutions. This role will assist in coordinating projects across environments leveraging
AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM
.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Support project managers in
  planning, tracking, and executing
  AI and data-driven initiatives
• 
  Assist in managing
  project timelines, deliverables, and task coordination
• 
  Coordinate with cross-functional teams including
  engineering, data, QA, and business stakeholders
• 
  Help prepare
  status reports, project documentation, and meeting notes
• 
  Track and follow up on
  action items, risks, and issues
• 
  Assist with
  client communication and meeting coordination
• 
  Support
  go-live activities and deployment coordination
• 
  Maintain project artifacts in tools such as
  Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
• 
  Ensure project documentation and updates are
  accurate and up to date
• 
  Help drive adherence to
  project processes and best practices

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 
  1–3 years of experience in
  project coordination, project management, or similar roles
• 
  Strong organizational and time management skills
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 
  Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• 
  Basic understanding of
  project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• 
  Proficiency with tools such as
  Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet)
