Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent we are looking to hire a Production Engineer to join our Production Department. As the production engineer, you will uphold the safety regulations of our company and monitor the production process to guarantee that all our products meet quality expectations. The role is based in Kilkis, Greece.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Collect and analyze production data using statistical software tools
• Develop and maintain databases to organize and store production data
• Create reports and presentations to communicate data analysis findings to management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
• Continuously monitor and evaluate production performance metrics
• Assist in the development of production plans and schedules
• Maintain accurate documentation of all data collection and analysis activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in a production environment
• Ability to work in shifts
• Experience working with KPIs and data analysis tools will be considered a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English & Greek
• Strong multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
