
About the Role:
● The Jr. PSE will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring timely collections, strengthening the distribution network, and implementing effective sales promotion strategies. This role also involves ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting trade schemes, managing customer relationships, and contributing to area development.
● The incumbent will report to the ABM/BM. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
● Achieve sales and collection targets; enforce a 30-day credit policy and monitor outstanding payments.
● Collect documented orders with defined payment terms from dealers, distributors, and institutions.
● Build and manage a strong distribution network; ensure onboarding and training of new partners.
● Maintain regular customer and market engagement to drive visibility and trust.
● Conduct SWOT analysis and explore new market opportunities.
● Continuously update product knowledge and motivate sales teams for better market coverage.
● Review distributor performance and submit daily call reports post-market visits.
● Ensure effective merchandising, redistribution, and use of POP materials.
● Support trade schemes, promotions, and stock liquidation efforts.
● Engage with key customers and resolve complaints promptly.
● Ensure compliance with trade schemes, profitability, and regulatory requirements.
● Monitor competitor activity, reduce returns, and control overdue collections.
● Maintain proper records, analyse sales data monthly, and follow financial discipline.
● Stay updated on product knowledge and encourage continuous learning within the team.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
● Graduate / Post Graduate in any field
● Proven track record of meeting sales and collection targets
● 1 to 3 Years of experience in FMCG Sales (Field Work Experience from Salt lake, North Kolkata and Central Area of Kolkata Preferred)
● Knowledge of General Trade, channel sales, primary and secondary sales.
