Position: Jr. Product Manager.
Location: Ropczyce, Poland. It is on-site role, with occasional home office work possible – a person needs to be based in Ropczyce area.
Contract type: Full-time, permanent contract.

GLORIA, Fire Extinguisher business unit of Kidde Global Solutions, is seeking to expand team in production site in Ropczyce with a:
Junior Product Manager.
Role’s overview:
Jr. Product Manager supports the development, improvement and successful market positioning of a product throughout its lifecycle. The role combines analytical thinking, user understanding and cross functional collaboration, to help deliver products that create real value for customers and the business.
Key responsibilities:
• Support the PM leader, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous optimization.
• Conduct market and competitor research, to identify trends, customer needs and opportunities.
• Support sales with customer enquiries, tenders.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams, such as Engineering, Compliance, Marketing and Sales to ensure smooth execution.
Key requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree in a technical field.
• Good understanding of technical topics – we are looking for a professional with technical background.
• Initial experience in product management and/or project management, or a digital environment (internships or working student roles).
• Basic understanding of technical and regulatory topics.
• Good practical knowledge of MS Office pack (Excel, PPT, Word), Jira (or similar).
• Excellent level of spoken and written Polish and English.
• Excellent communication skills, structured working style and strong team orientation.
• High motivation to learn, grow and take on responsibility.
• Proactive and solution oriented mindset.
• Curiosity about markets, user behavior and digital products.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
