Whatyou’llbedoing
Ideating, prototyping, andtestingproductconceptsacrossdifferentplatforms, primarily in Figma
Supportinguser researchactivities (interviews, testing, analysis) whilelearningfromsenior designers andgraduallyincreasinginvolvement
Designingsolutions for smallfeatureswithautonomy, andcollaboratingonmedium-sizedfeatureswith team support
Usingandapplying design systems to ensureconsistency in visualsanduserexperience
Actively participating in agile workflows and continuous delivery environments, working closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers.
Communicating design ideasclearlyandeffectively, highlightingtheirpotentialimpact
Collaboratingwithhumility, openness to feedback, and a strongwillingness to learn

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI, or a related field.
WorkExperienceRequirements
1 or 2yearsofexperience in Product design, preferably in fintech, HR tech, orbenefits
