Key job responsibilities
Manage payroll data from multiple sources to prepare them for payroll calculation
Assist with data validation and quality control
Support employees and HR teams with simple payroll inquiries
Help prepare reports for local authorities, Finance and others Participate in process improvement initiatives
Opportunity to lead "Just do it" improvement projects
Upkeep of payroll processes and inventory (standard
operational procedures, process maps etc.)

Basic Qualifications

- Customer oriented and ready to serve
- 1 year of working experience
- Fluent English and Italian
- Excel (pivot tables, vlookup and other formulas)
- Good analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to details

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of HR, payroll, finance, tax, or accounting
- Knowledge of personal income tax legislations, labor law
- Familiar with SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday, ADP, or any payroll software
- Sense of innovation
