Chicago Tube & Iron is looking for a Junior Systems Administrator to join our IT team. This is a great opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of technologies.
In this role, you won't be limited to a traditional help desk. You'll support everything from Microsoft 365 and Windows workstations to VMware, Cisco phone systems, backups, and cybersecurity tools, while helping keep our technology running smoothly across multiple Company locations.
As a Junior Systems Administrator, you'll provide day-to-day technical support while also assisting with system administration, technology projects, and infrastructure improvements.

This position is primarily office-based and requires regular computer use. Occasional lifting, moving, or installation of computer and networking equipment may be required.
Some travel to Company locations and occasional work outside normal business hours may be necessary for scheduled system maintenance, upgrades, or urgent technical issues.
