What you´ll do

• Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and maintain customer pricing, promotional pricing, and pricing updates in SAP.
  • Manage rebates, discounts, allowances, and trade funds in accordance with company policies and governance standards.
  • Monitor pricing performance, margin realization, pricing exceptions, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Lead the resolution of pricing-related issues with Customer Services and commercial teams.
  • Perform monthly trade spend, rebate, allowance, and commission reconciliations, ensuring accurate accruals and spend management.
  • Manage merchandising supplier commissions and monitor budget versus actual expenditure.
  • Maintain pricing and customer master data to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support Key Account Managers with sales forecasting, reporting, and commercial analytics.
  • Develop and maintain pricing tools, reports, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as the pricing system power user, providing stakeholder support, training, and continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure transparent reporting of trade spend and support financial planning and control activities.
  • Maintain and govern customer master data, ensuring accuracy of customer groupings, segmentation, sales partner assignments, payment terms, and account hierarchies.
  • Coordinate new customer account creation requests in line with company policies, processes, and customer master data governance standards.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance across customer and pricing systems to support effective sales, pricing, and reporting activities.
