  • SCOPE OF ROLE
  • The Junior HCMS Analyst supports the HCMS team by collecting, organizing, and analyzing workforce data to improve decision‑making across recruitment, retention, performance, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR or analytics career who enjoys working with data, optimizing processes, and maintaining high‑quality HR systems.

  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • HR Data reporting — Maintain recurring HR reports while ensuring data accuracy across systems.
    • Ad‑hoc reporting — Produce one‑off reports and data pulls for HR leadership, Finance, and operational teams as needed.
    • I‑9 maintenance — Manage I‑9 documentation, maintain system hygiene, ensure timely reverifications, and maintain compliance with federal employment eligibility requirements.
    • Monthly license verifications — Conduct monthly checks of employee professional licenses and certifications, document results, and escalate discrepancies.
    • AI technology adoption and maintenance — Monitor HR chatbot performance and flag issues or optimization opportunities.
    • System maintenance — Update employee records, audit data quality, and support enhancements to HR systems.
    • DocuWare file uploads — Upload and organize new‑hire documents into DocuWare, ensuring accurate indexing and secure storage.
    • Compliance & documentation — Support audits, maintain required documentation, and ensure adherence to HR policies and regulatory standards.
    • Process improvement — Identify inefficiencies in HR workflows and recommend data‑driven improvements.

    Job Requirements

  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel, or similar tools.
    • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms (UKG, Dayforce, iCIMS, etc.).
    • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

    • Experience with Power BI, or other visualization tools.
    • Internship or 1 year of experience in HR, analytics, or operations.
    • Understanding of HR metrics such as turnover, time‑to‑hire, and engagement scores.
