WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our Group Legal & Compliance team in Stockholm. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your in-house career in a global, listed company, working closely with senior stakeholders and across multiple business functions.
This is a development-focused in-house role with broad exposure to corporate legal work in an international, listed environment. You will be part of a small, high-performing team, with a clear path toward increased responsibility and more senior roles over time.
You will work with a broad mix of corporate legal, governance, and commercial matters, including:
From day one, you will take ownership of defined areas, while gradually building your scope and responsibility as you grow in the role.
WHAT IS NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
You are proactive, curious and motivated to develop as an in‑house lawyer in a listed‑company environment. You have strong analytical and drafting skills with attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You bring a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset and can translate legal matters into clear, actionable advice. You are proactive, collaborative, and service-minded, with high integrity and confidence to work with different stakeholders. At the same time, you are comfortable taking ownership and working independently within your areas.
