Job Description

The Jr. Functional Analyst (Administrative Project Assistant) provides administrative and clerical support services to NICoE clinical administrative operations. This role supports documentation, scheduling, data entry, coordination, and general office support functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to clinical and program staff.
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation in accordance with federal guidelines.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.
  • Prepare routine correspondence and reports.
  • Support data entry and tracking activities.
  • Assist with records and information management functions.
  • Support transition and onboarding activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1–3 years of administrative or project support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
