Job Description

The Jr Facility Solutions Manager supports the Facility Solutions Manager in managing client accounts and contractor relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in facility management, client relations, and operational support within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day client communication and service delivery.
  • Support contractor coordination including scheduling, compliance monitoring, and performance tracking.
  • Help conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assist in resolving client issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Support the maintenance and updating of client records, Building Information Sheets (BIS), and other documentation.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and operational plans.
  • Assist with procurement and inventory management of supplies for client sites.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and contractors.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel to client sites.
