Job Description

Location:Gummidipoondi

  • Receive materials, check inward quantity with proper document, generate GRN within 24 hours in general and immediate and critical, maintaining of warehouse by adhering to all quality system carry out bill processing ,Planning for day to day FG loading activites and Preparing pick list for dispatch in M3,Ensuring error free dispatches, Coordinating with logistics team for timely dispatches, coordinating with planning and purchase team for weekly and monthly inward activities, handling of market return and rejection materials with proper accountability.
  • Work Environment: Business Office & GMD
  • Occasional travel only when necessitates

Responsibilities

Material Handling

  • Monitoring and planning day to day inward and dispatch activities
  • Manpower allocation for the day.
  • Preparation of GRN(in M3) and keep the material with proper identification & traceability.
  • Inform material arrival to QA for sampling process.
  • Ensure that tagging is done as per system for materials which are under inspection and those cleared by QA.
  • Allocate the material as per MO generated in the system by ensuring that FIFO is followed
  • Process picking list and handover to dispensing team.
  • Coordinating with logistics team for day to day dispatches
  • Cordinating with purchase team for day to day inward planning
  • Organize material requirement for dispensing internally by proper planning & transferring from different location
  • Supervising the dispensing process
  • Handover over the material to production as per requirement.
  • Receiving FG from production and maintain records.
  • Handling bulk storage materials unloading.
  • Responding for internal and C&F Customer complaints if any.
  • Responsible for planning and dispatching to 3rd party and toll manufactures
  • Responsible for timely dispatch of rejection materials to suppliers by following with purchase team.
  • Responsible for receiving and handling market return materials t external warehouse.
  • Responsible for monthly cycle count and annual invenetory audits.
  • Ensuring the shop floor safety requirements as per EHS guidelines.
  • Maintain good shop floor management and maintain healthy relationship with peer groups.

Documentation

  • Preparing vehicle inspection report while receiving the materials
  • Prepare GRN report within 24 hours of material receipt, (generally) and immediate for critical items.
  • Process Bills and forward to purchase department after entering details in landed cost file and tracking of QA Approval.
  • Compilation of data for Warehouse related reports by 5th working day of every month for the previous month.
  • Circulating Cycle count reports to the HOD on every month by 3rd working day.
  • Daily report circulation to relevant team.

Warehouse maintenance

  • Inventory Accuracy and Bin level & Lot Traceability to be maintained
  • Monitor GMP & 5S Practices on daily basis and organize training for operator and team members.
  • Conduct stock & cycle check every month as per company guidelines.
  • Compile required data for preparing inventory accuracy report after conducting physical inventory check every month.
  • Check the physical stock of consumable and other non-inventory material by 15th of every month.
  • Prepare net requirement of consumable and other non-inventory items and forward to purchase after getting approval from HOD
  • Follow up with purchase to ensure the receipt & internet materials by end of month
  • Issue consumable & safety item as per norms.

Qualifications

  • Graduate with minimum 4 to 5 of years experiences in relevant field#LI-SS1
