Job Description

Location: Gummidipoondi

  • Develop New SMARTBOX
  • Reduce the lead time for the installation of SMART Box at the customer location by supplying the fully assembled plug in types SMART Box and manage the inventory.
  • Work Environment: Factory Shopfloor

Responsibilities

  • Experience in SPM (Special Purpose Machinery) control panel wiring, testing, and commissioning.
  • Skilled in PLC I/O checking, signal testing, and troubleshooting during commissioning activities.
  • Hands-on experience in electrical assembly, wiring, and testing of industrial control panels.
  • Proficient in interpreting technical documentation such as GA drawings and I/O diagrams.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Experience supporting CE compliance and control panel auditing processes.
  • Knowledge of VFD installation, wiring, parameter configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with IOT field wiring experience and instrument testing.
  • Familiar with panel layout planning and proper cable routing practices.
  • Good understanding of electrical standards including IEC, CE requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Experience in preparing test reports, wiring checklists, and technical documentation.
  • Understanding of control panel design concepts and panel layout development.
  • Experience working with Electrical CAD software for design drawings and documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Mechatronics
  • Minimum 2-5 years job experience in electrical panel wiring and testing
