What you will do:
Qualification of new machines for TnF Process.
Qualification of new metrology machine used for TnF and package outline dimension.
Documentation of new workflows and revision to documents (i.e., TnF FMEA, Control Plan, Work I).
Support in resolution of TnF related customer complaints interfacing with cross functional teams.
Drive improvements projects related to TnF Process for cost, squality and productivity.
Support in investigation of escalated line issues, OQA hits and internal OCAP.
Owner of yield improvement and monitoring for visual mechanical fallouts related to TnF.
Drive standardization across site and also participate in benchmarking and standardization between Assembly sites.
Support for TnF Process on Customer Audits and internal Line Audits.
Responsible for firewall fan out related to TnF Process .
Responsible for supervising TnF process technicians.
Responsible in keeping parameter control related to TnF Equipment and process parameter.
Supports closure of audit findings related to TnF process.
Support production output numbers through efficient TnF process flows.
Conducts trainings and fan outs of best practices to TnF process technicians.
Develops training program and skills development for TnF process technicians.
Creates Work Instruction for new machines together with Equipment Engineering.
What you will need:
Proficient in using statistical tools (Minitab, Statistics, etc)
Team player, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with cross-functional teams
Effective communicator between various levels of the organization
Good communication and reporting skills
Deep understanding of TnF technology fundamentals.
Project management skills
