JR. ENGINEER – IT OPERATIONS SUPPORT
1.Key Responsibilities:
·Monitor IT systems and escalate issues to senior engineers as needed.
·Provide first-level support for servers, networks, and applications.
·Assist in routine maintenance tasks such as patching, backups, and system health checks.
·Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures.
·Support onboarding activities like account setup and access provisioning.
·Learn and adhere to IT security and compliance standards.
