ABOUT THE ROLE

The Junior Digital Designer supports the creation, personalization, and scaling of performance-driven digital creative across platforms. This role works at the intersection of design and user behavior, helping translate strategy into modular, personalized assets that perform across channels.

This position includes hands-on work within dynamic creative platforms (DCO), collaboration with the engagement strategy and experience design teams on website personalization activations, and support across digital touchpoints including web, email, and performance media. The role also receives direct mentorship under UX leadership, offering exposure to research methods, testing strategy, and experience design.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design and build scalable performance creative within dynamic ad platforms, including display, social, and video variations
  • Create personalized website activations in partnership with the engagement strategy team, including dynamic modules, overlays, forms, and landing page variations
  • Support A/B testing initiatives by designing experiment-ready assets that are clear and production-ready
  • Help visualize personalization strategies across websites, email journeys, and performance media
  • Collaborate with UX leadership to translate research insights into effective visual solutions
  • Prepare files and documentation for clean designer-to-developer handoff
  • Ensure all creative assets are properly organized and quality checked before launch
  • Maintain attention to accessibility and responsive design standards
  • Learn data and measurement platforms to better inform design output

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience in digital design or interactive production, along with a portfolio that demonstrates strong digital creative and attention to detail. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required, as well as familiarity with responsive design systems and component-based design.A basic understanding of HTML and CSS is preferred. An interest in personalization and performance marketing design is important, as this role supports work that is drive by results and use behavior.
