How you will create an impact

• Actively monitor claims operations, identifying performance gaps, risks, and inefficiencies.

• Analyze end-to-end claims processes and propose improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

• Track and analyze KPIs and operational metrics to support decision-making.

• Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and operational changes.

• Collaborate with claims teams and cross-functional areas to optimize workflows and standardize processes.

• Support ongoing initiatives and projects, ensuring proper follow-up, execution, and alignment with business priorities.

• Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification

• Prepare reports and insights to support operational performance and continuous improvement.

• Ensure proper documentation of processes, controls, and procedures.

• Support audits and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

• Experience with project analysis, project coordination or project controls.

• Experience in operations, claims, or process improvement roles.

• Experience with operational monitoring, performance tracking, and process analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Good knowledge of MS -Project.

• Intermediate English and Spanish skills (is a plus)

• Knowledge of insurance claims processes (desirable)

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (desirable)

• Familiarity with process governance and operational controls.

• Experience in multinational or matrix environments.
