How you will create an impact
Actively monitor claims operations, identifying performance gaps, risks, and inefficiencies.
Analyze end-to-end claims processes and propose improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
Track and analyze KPIs and operational metrics to support decision-making.
Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and operational changes.
Collaborate with claims teams and cross-functional areas to optimize workflows and standardize processes.
Support ongoing initiatives and projects, ensuring proper follow-up, execution, and alignment with business priorities.
Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification
Prepare reports and insights to support operational performance and continuous improvement.
Ensure proper documentation of processes, controls, and procedures.
Support audits and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Experience with project analysis, project coordination or project controls.
Experience in operations, claims, or process improvement roles.
Experience with operational monitoring, performance tracking, and process analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Good knowledge of MS -Project.
Intermediate English and Spanish skills (is a plus)
Knowledge of insurance claims processes (desirable)
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (desirable)
Familiarity with process governance and operational controls.
Experience in multinational or matrix environments.
