Department: Supply Chain / Procurement
Reports To: Supply Chain Manager
Why is this position important?
NCC’s ability to deliver high-quality automation systems on time and within budget depends heavily on an efficient, responsive, and reliable supply chain.

By actively managing indirect suppliers, the Junior Buyer helps identify and execute cost reduction opportunities while maintaining service levels across the organization. This role also provides essential support to the broader procurement team, enabling faster response times and allowing for strategic sourcing and execution.
Working cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Project Management—as well as external suppliers—the Junior Buyer helps maintain alignment between supply and demand in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential to success in this role and to keeping operations running smoothly.
