Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the Product Execution team in managing and coordinating product development initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build experience in product operations, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced corporate environment.In this role, you will help manage execution priorities, track product requests through development stages, and coordinate across teams to ensure products are delivered efficiently and successfully. Title – Jr. Business AnalystType – 6 months (extendable)Location – Houston Downtown - (5 days onsite)Industry – Oil & GasW2 Employment only  Key Responsibilities 
  • Support the execution phases of the product development lifecycle through coordination and administrative support.
  • Maintain execution priority lists, backlogs, trackers, and project documentation.
  • Monitor product requests moving through execution stages to ensure approvals and milestones are completed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, IT, Legal, Analytics, and Customer Experience.
  • Lead small to medium cross-functional initiatives under guidance from senior team members.
  • Assist senior execution leads with tracking risks, action items, and open questions.
  • Help prepare execution reports, status updates, and leadership meeting materials.
  • Support the creation of documentation including Energy Fact Label samples and product materials.
  • Coordinate translation requests and assist with document updates when legal or regulatory changes occur.
  • Participate in post-launch validation activities to ensure products are implemented correctly.
 Minimum Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, business operations, project coordination, or product implementation
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
