The Junior Business Analyst position works alongside our National Service Specialist to help maintain the Service System. This position works with Regional Service and National Service to make improvements and insure we have most up to date and reliable system.
Scope and Responsibilities:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:
• Work with Field Service Associates (and approved 3rd party) on identifying system faults
• Assist with create/maintain documentation on approved processes
• Assist with create/maintain records in the database
• Work with IT on system updates when released
Education/Certification:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s degree in related field preferred or actively working towards degree.
Skills:
• 1 year of related experience
• Some D365 & PowerBI experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite, SQL, XML, HTML
• Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
